4. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for any commercial, marketing, or advertising purpose. Information is shared only as required to deliver our dispatch services — for example, with Twilio as our SMS carrier — and only to the extent necessary for that specific purpose. All service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill dispatch operations and maintain required nonprofit records. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
